Refund policy
§ 4 Right of withdrawal
(1) In the following RYZON informs the customer on the statutory right to withdraw the contract. This information does not include contractually conferred rights beyond those guaranteed under statutory law. Commercial resellers, in particular, do not have a legal right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
For EU countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland the following applies:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the returned goods. (We will retain the domestic delivery charges as a handling fee for our consulting services and to cover actual costs incurred). In the case of a full return, we will also refund the outbound shipping costs. With the enclosed return label the return shipment is free of charge for you.
For the repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The bundle price is only valid if all products in the bundle are purchased. In the event that you return individual products from a bundle, we reserve the right to assess the price of the remaining products at the price in effect on the date of purchase.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired:

We bear the cost of returning goods from EU countries, the UK and Switzerland. For any RYZON package shipped within the EU, you can easily and quickly process the return or exchange through our returns portal. If you want to register your return, please use your order number including the hashtag (#12345 for example). On the following pages you will be guided step by step to your return label.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For returns from abroad the following applies:
For all deliveries outside the EU countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

After reception of the goods we will refund the complete purchase price, including shipping costs. (Only valid for a return of the entire order).
The bundle price is only valid if all products in the bundle are purchased. In the case of returning individual products from a bundle, we reserve the right to assess the price of the remaining products in the amount of the price valid on the day of purchase.

(3) RYZON makes the following non-binding recommendations for handling the purchased goods during the withdrawal period as well as for returning the purchased goods in the event of withdrawal of contract. These recommendations are only suggestions and do not constitute conditions for exercising the right to withdraw the contract: The customer is asked to return the purchased goods to RYZON in a postage-paid package. RYZON will automatically send the customer a shipping label by email for this purpose, provided RYZON is responsible for the cost of the return.
The customer is asked to avoid damaging or soiling the purchased goods during the withdrawal period and, whenever possible, to return the purchased goods to RYZON in its original packaging including all accessories and package contents. If the original packaging is no longer available, appropriate packaging should be used to avoid damage in transit.
