In terms of responsible consumer behavior, we would like to work with you to avoid returns. However, should it happen that you want to return a RYZON product, this is very easy to do.

You can return your ordered items for a refund up to 60 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must be in a salable condition. This means that it must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product. If possible, please return your products in their original packaging.

A contractual granting of rights that goes beyond the law is not associated with this. In particular, commercial resellers are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

We retain the delivery costs as a processing fee for our consulting service and to cover the costs actually incurred.

In the case of a complete return, we will also reimburse the costs for the outward shipping.
For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back - whichever is the earlier point in time.
